Book a Character

Our team at Exclusive Events is dedicated to providing the best entertainment for your event. We offer a variety of options, including add-ons such as a bubble machine and games. We specialize in community events, school events, birthday parties, and corporate events, and are committed to making your event a success. To request a booking, fill out our online form and we will respond within 24 hours.

Our prices and packages are listed below. We highly recommend a minimum of 1 character per 15 children ratio to ensure quality entertainment for birthday parties. Additional characters can be added for a fee of $90 each. Please contact us for our corporate and special event pricing. Ask us about the special offers that we have for schools and non-profit organizations.

Overtime charges: If the character or assistant is kept longer than the scheduled number of minutes, you will be charged an additional fee based on a pro-rated sum for each 10-minute interval.
Damage: While we are aware that accidents happen, you may be held liable for excessive damage to Exclusive Events' costumes and property during your event. You will be charged the cost of replacing or repairing damaged costumes.
Food: Please ensure that your guests have eaten prior to our arrival. This way, they will have more time to engage with the character(s) and it also reduces the risk of the costumes being stained.

By checking this box, I am aware that I will be charged a $50 travel fee for my booking if it is located 45 miles outside of Frisco, TX, Wichita, KS or Oklahoma City, OK.

By checking this box, I understand that I must pay a $75 deposit in order to confirm my booking. I also understand that the remaining balance is due seven (7) days prior to the date of my event. If it is not paid, my booking will be cancelled. If the date of my event is less than seven (7) days away at the time of booking, my invoice must be paid in full in order to confirm my booking.

By checking this box, I understand that if my scheduled booking is cancelled due to non payment, I will be charged a $50 reinstatement fee.
